These Terms of Service ("Terms") are an agreement between you and Min Thet Maung ("we", "us"), the developer of the Habitlist mobile application ("Habitlist", "the app").

By downloading, installing or using Habitlist, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

1. Who may use Habitlist

You must be at least 13 years old, or the minimum age of digital consent in your country if that is higher, to use Habitlist. If you are under the age of majority where you live, you may use Habitlist only with the involvement of a parent or guardian who agrees to these Terms.

2. Licence

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use Habitlist on Apple-branded devices you own or control, in accordance with the Apple Media Services Terms and the Usage Rules in Apple's App Store Terms of Service.

You may not:

• copy, modify, translate or create derivative works of the app, except as permitted by applicable law
• reverse engineer, decompile or disassemble the app, except to the extent applicable law expressly permits it
• rent, lease, lend, sell, sublicense or redistribute the app
• remove or alter any proprietary notice
• use the app to break any law, or to interfere with Apple's or our systems

All rights not expressly granted are reserved. Habitlist, its name, icon, design and source code remain our property.

3. Your data

Habitlist has no user accounts. Everything you enter, including habit names, notes, icons, targets, reminders, categories and completion history, is your content. You own it. We do not claim any licence over it and we do not receive it.

Your content is stored on your device and, if you are signed in to iCloud, synced through the private database of your own iCloud account. What we do and do not collect is described in full in our Privacy Policy, available from Settings inside Habitlist.
