By downloading, installing, or using the Dropsy app ("App," "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.

Description of Service

Dropsy is a photo and video editor that lets you:

• Cut a subject out of a photo with on-device detection
• Add stylized interface designs — share card, feed post, alert, lock screen, and video/voice call styles
• Customize backgrounds, filters, text, layers, and device frames
• Export still images and animated videos to your device

Everything happens on your device. The App has no accounts, no servers, and does not require an internet connection to work.

Your Data Stays on Your Device

• All editing happens locally on your device
• We do not collect, store, access, or control any of your data
• Your photos, videos, and designs never leave your device unless you choose to save or share them
• You own everything you create. We are not a data custodian.

Pricing

• Dropsy is currently free to use
• If paid features are added in the future, they will be processed through Apple's App Store, and any additional terms will be shown to you at that time
